FAQ

Check-In

Check-in time begins at 4:00pm. Access to the Waterpark begins at 1:00pm on date of arrival. Check-out is at 11:00am. Access to Waterpark ends with close of business on day of check-out.

Guest must be 18 years of age or older to reserve or check-in to a room.

Check-Out

Check-out time is 11:00am on the day of departure.  Due to the time it takes to maintain and clean each unit, there will be a $25.00 fee assessed for any late check-out between 11:00am-2:00pm. Any late check-out after 2:00pm will be charged an additional night’s rent.

Rates

Rates are subject to change until successful completion of booking.

Cancellation

Any room that is cancelled after 4:00pm the day before arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the first nights stay.

Confirmation

You may receive a confirmation of reservation by email, fax or US Postal Service. Please review information carefully.

Guest Laundry

A coin-operated washer and dryer are located on the fourth floor in the Tower building. Please see the Front Desk if you need change. Laundry detergent may be purchased from the gift shop.

Internet Access

There is free wireless internet access available in the Tower building guest rooms, lobby and restaurant.

Parking

Free parking is available for resort guests.

Pet Policy

We're happy to give your furry friends a Castle Rock pet-friendly welcome. To make sure we've got a pet-friendly room reserved, please let us know in advance, preferably at the time of booking. And to help cover the furry clean-up, we ask for a $15.00 per night non refundable service fee.

Smoking Policy

No guest, family member, or visitor shall smoke cigarettes cigars or any other tobacco product within the buildings on property. Smoking will only be permitted outdoors an away from entrances/exits.
