Meeting Spaces

Castle Rock Resort has great spaces for meetings, reunion functions, birthday parties and other functions. Our largest banquet room can accommodate up to 80 guests for a sit down dinner. Additionally, the resort features three hospitality party rooms that can accommodate 30 guests each. Finally, the Atrium room can accommodate up to 60 guests for a memorable reception.

Castle Rock Restaurant

Our full service dining room is the answer for great food and beverages. Serving traditional favorites and several specialty items guests will find the Castle Rock Restaurant an on site convenience with great “taste.”

Fun Stuff

In addition to all the water fun, be sure to check out the great activities located at the waterpark activities area. The kids can stretch their creativity and bring home a souvenir they created themselves! The activities change monthly, a schedule is available upon check in so be sure to check it out!
