Meeting Spaces

Castle Rock Resort has great spaces for meetings, reunion functions, birthday parties and other functions. Our largest banquet room known as The Green Mountain Room can accommodate up to 100 guests. Additionally, the resort features two additional hospitality party rooms that can accommodate 35 guests each.

Castle Rock Restaurant

Our full service dining room is the answer for great food and beverages. Serving traditional favorites and several specialty items guests will find the Castle Rock Restaurant an on site convenience with great “taste.”
